KAMPALA, Sept 27 (Reuters) – The Ugandan shilling was unchanged on Thursday although some end-month hard cinflows from charities was expected to lend support.
At 0712 GMT, commercial banks quoted the local currency at 3,815/3,825, the same level it closed at on Wednesday.
