President Kagame in Senegal for security meeting

KIGALI- Rwanda’s President is in Senegal for an annual international security meeting that brings together global security experts.

Kagame was received in Dakar on Monday by President Macky Sall of Senegal for the fourth edition of the Dakar International Forum on Peace and Security.

A statement issued by President Kagame’s media team on Monday, the forum is running under the theme, “Current security challenges in Africa: towards integrated solutions.”

“The forum brings together close to 400 participants from high-level regional and international political and military authorities, experts, academics from the African Union, the European Union and the United Nations as well as civil society,” the statement says
