Kenyans on social media give reasons why Moi has never fallen ill

– Former president, Mwai Kibaki is currently recuperating at a South Africa facility after he was taken ill over the weekend 

– Reports indicate that the former president suffered a stroke but is in a stable condition at the moment 

– Kenyans on social media, following the news, gave suggestions as to why Kenya’s second president,Daniel Arap Moi has never been taken ill, at least not in the recent past 

The weekend past, news rent the air that, former president, Mwai Kibaki had been taken ill and was recuperating at the Karen Hospital. He was later flown to South Africa for specialised treatment amid reports that he had suffered a stroke.

Kenyans on social media had different reactions to the news.  What stood out was the comparison of Kibaki  to Daniel Arap Moi who retired before him.

According to Kenyans on social media, this is why  Kenya’s second president has never fallen ill.

Mwai Kibaki was admitted to the Netcare Sunninghill Hospital in Johannesburg hospital after suffering what is believed to be a stroke.

Sources indicate his condition has since been stabilized and doctors are working to ensure he receives the best treatment.

Kibaki was Kenya’s president between 2003 and 2013 when his two terms came to an end.
