In the atmosphere that we have in Africa, one is forgiven to suspect every announcement. And so, it is with this case of the death of “Mr. William Beijukye, Janet Museveni’s successor”!!! In a country ruled by absolute dictator anything can happen — and happens every day. In a country ruled by Dictators, human Life has no meaning other than to serve their whims as human-void Dictators.

Either way, my condolences to the Family for the loss of such young (46 years old) Family Member.
